Strategic focus of the group on international markets
The group's international vocation is a legacy of D. Cosme Palacio, founder in 1894 of Bodegas Palacio, a man of his time with a vision of the future. This drive was so strong that in 1962, the group disembarked in Columbia, gaining great success with the production and sales of its great wines Sanson and Cariñoso.
We are now a major group on the global scale, with a solid positioning in the most important markets of Europe, North America and Latin America.
The success we have achieved since then motivates us to continue on the path of internationalisation with the utmost vigour.
