Grapes selected and harvested by hand. Transported to the winery in 300 kg boxes. Fermented in stainless steel tanks, with temperature control. Gentle extraction and 18-20 days maceration post-fermentation
In high quality French and American oak barrels, medium-toast, of 225 litres in capacity. Time spent in oak: 12 months followed by a period of ageing in bottle.
Complex aromas that combine forest fruits with oak spices
Rounded and silky with notes of forest fruits and hints of oak. It has smooth tannins and is very juicy on the palate.
