    • Grapes selected and harvested by hand. Transported to the winery in 300 kg boxes. Fermented in stainless steel tanks, with temperature control. Gentle extraction and 18-20 days maceration post-fermentation

    • In high quality French and American oak barrels, medium-toast, of 225 litres in capacity. Time spent in oak: 12 months followed by a period of ageing in bottle.

    Rounded and silky with notes of forest fruits and hints of oak. It has smooth tannins and is very juicy on the palate.
