    • Selected grapes from old bush vines with low yields that give concentration. Hand harvested with a double selection table on arrival at the winery. Temperature-controlled fermentation. Malolactic fermentation takes places in tank and in French oak barrels.

    • 24 months in high quality French oak Bordeaux barrels (225 litre capacity) and 36 months minimum in bottle before release onto the market.

    Intense cherry red, opaque robe of profound depth. Thick, slow-moving tears.

    Powerful, intense nose, of ripe fruits, mixed with notes of spice and leather from the ageing in French oak. Blackberry and raspberry are interlaced with aromatic herbs, spices and some toasted notes.

    Balanced and fleshy on the palate. It leaves a long, intense finish, of ripe fruit and round, noble tannins.
