    • Selection of Verdejo grapes from our own vineyards in Caserío de Dueñas, night harvested at the perfect stage of aromatic ripeness. Gentle pressing. Cold static settling. Slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks, at low temperature and protected from oxigen. Two months in tank on its lees after alcoholic fermentation.

    Intense and complex on the nose, displaying aromas of citrus and tropical fruits such as pineapple, alongside hints of fennel and aniseed.

    Fresh and elegant, with lots of fruit flavours and a lingering taste of grapefruit on the end of the palate. The correct level of acidity gives support and structure to the wine. Long and persistent.
